Hey there! so nice of you to come take a look on my book blog!

So a little bit about me. My name is Roxanne, i am 30 years old and i live with my husband, bonus daughter of 5 and our son of 7 months and our 6 cats in The Netherlands.

When i was little i hated reading! but 5 years ago my sister got me Cinder for my birthday, and ever since i wanted to read more. She also told me to read The Selection series. Well those 2 series got me into reading and i have been reading ever since. i mainly read YA Fantasy and i am a sucker for romance in them xD.

Next to reading i love to game. I play World of Warcraft and Final Fantasy XIV mainly, but i do enjoy other FF games or RPG games like Assassin’s Creed or Kingdom Hearts. I like to play The Sims now and again as well. I also like to work on my book bujo or make puzzles/diamond paintings.

A couple of years ago i also started a so called “Bookstagram” account on Instagram. I love making photo’s of my books and connect with all the great people in this community!

I was never much for writing reviews but since i have been participating in some read alongs for a dutch site called “Hebban” you have to write a review, and now i actually enjoy it so i wanted to start my own book blog!
I am also part of the Hebban spot “Liefde voor YA” this is dutch and here we talk about YA books as well as other things like “Read something different”

Hoi hoi! leuk dat je een kijkje neemt op me blog!

Iets over mezelf. Ik ben Roxanne, ik ben 30 jaar oud en ik woon met mijn man, bonus dochter van 5 en onze zoon van 7 maanden en onze 6 katten in Nederland.

Toen ik jong was had ik echt een hekel aan lezen! maar 5 jaar geleden kocht me zus Cinder voor me voor mijn verjaardag, en sindsdien wou ik meer gaan lezen. Ook vertelde me zus me dat ik The Selection series moest gaan lezen. Deze 2 series hebben me aan het lezen gekregen en ik ben niet meer gestopt. Ik lees voornamelijk YA Fantasy en ik ben echt een sucker voor romantiek in de boeken die ik lees xD.

Naast lezen speel ik ook graag speleltjes. Ik speel het meeste World of Warcraft en Final Fantasy XIV, maar ik speel ook graag andere andere FF spellen of RPG spelletjes, zoals Assassin’s Creed of Kingdom Hearts.
Heel soms speel ik ook The Sims. Ook vind ik het leuk om bezig te zijn met mijn Boek Bujo of puzzel ik graag of ben ik bezig met een diamond painting.

Een paar jaar geleden ben ik ook begonnen met een zogehete “Bookstagram” account of Instagram. Ik maak graag foto’s van mijn boeken en kom graag in contact met alle leuke mensen in deze community!

Ik schreef eigenlijk nooit reviews, maar sinds ik mee heb gedaan aan meerdere Leesclubs voor “Hebban” ben ik hier wat beter in geworden, aangezien er van je verwacht wordt je op het einde een review schrijft, en nu vind ik het eigenlijk wel leuk dus wou ik een eigen boeken blog beginnen!
Ik maak ook deel uit van de Hebban spot “Liefde voor YA” uiteraard is dit in het Nederlands en hier praten we over YA boeken maar ook andere onderwerpen zoals “Lees eens wat anders”
